Schira: Milan in talks with RB Salzburg over striker for Futuro side – the details

Milan Futuro have been far busier than the first team during the summer transfer window, and they are reportedly in talks with Red Bull Salzburg over the signing of Nicolò Turco.

Yesterday, Milan announced the signing of Samuele Longo for the U23 team, and the veteran striker joins Matteo Dutu (18, CB), Davide Mastrantonio (20, GK), Gabriele Minotti (21, CB), Mattia Sandri (23, CM) and Mbarick Fall (27, ST) as the new signings so far.

They are not stopped there, though, because Nicolo Schira claims that Milan are in talks with RB Salzburg to try to sign the young striker Nicolò Turco (born in 2004 ), who would play for Milan Futuro.

As a youth player, Turco joined the youth academy of Juventus from Genoa, where he was regarded as one of the brightest talents up until his departure one year ago as a 19-year-old.

During his spell with Juventus Primavera, he racked up 19 goals and 10 assists in 54 games, and he has also represented the Italian national team up until the U20 age group.

He decided to join the Red Bull system and more specifically Salzburg, who loaned him to their satellite club FC Liefering – also in Austria – where he scored one goal and amassed three assists in 13 games.
