A scout has claimed that AC Milan are one of the teams closely watching Hoffenheim star Leon Avdullahu’s development.
Marco Palma – who works as a scout – spoke on Tuesday afternoon’s broadcast of Maracanà on TMW Radio. He listed the names of several young talents in Italy or Europe who have been linked to or are being followed by Italian teams.

AC Milan on Advullahu’s trail
Today, he claimed that Milan are one of the clubs that are monitoring Avdullahu. The 22-year-old has made 30 Bundesliga appearances so far this season, scoring one goal. He plays predominantly as a defensive midfielder.
“Leon Avdullahu, Hoffenheim midfielder. Born in Switzerland to Kosovar parents, he grew up in Basel and played for all the Swiss youth national teams until he accepted a call-up to the Kosovar senior national team,” he said.
“A midfielder who combines dynamism, quality, and work rate, he loves to build play and is very good when not in possession. His basic technique is top-notch, he has a strong personality, and excellent vision.
“After performing very well with Basel, in July 2025 he moved to Hoffenheim, who invested around €10 million in the player. He made an excellent impact in the Bundesliga, doubling his value. Milan and Atalanta are on his trail.”
Milan will of course have to plan for life without their current regista Luka Modric eventually. While they hope he will renew his contract there is talk of demands being issued to the management, and the cheek fracture he suffered against Juventus will rule him out for the season.

Interesting, place him in the middle, with Jashari on the left, and Ricci on the right, you have a solid midfield…
I don’t know, yes he plays but I am not quite convinced by him. Watching for now would be appropriate. It would be a gamble for me
he would fit in serie A. saw a few of his clips and he is a very tactical aware player. intelligent!
