It’s a lesson Allegri will never learn, it’s just who he is. And it’s not just against newly promoted teams. Playing not to lose rather than trying to go out and win the match. Sitting back and defending any time you go up 1-0 is a cowardly way to play, especially against the worst team in the league.
Milan completely dominated the first half against Pisa. As i was watching I kept thinking how incredibly bad Pisa looked. They couldn’t even get out of their own half . Never looked like scoring. To come out in the second half and just sit back and concede possession to Pisa who couldn’t keep possession at all in the first half was shockingly stupid and cowardly. Milan were punished for it and rightly so.
