Sky: AC Milan duo to be back in action for Juventus clash

By Isak Möller -

Despite the fact that Milan’s game against Genoa this weekend was postponed until May, the Coppa Italia semi-final return leg against Juventus will go ahead as planned on Wednesday evening.

In fact, it will even be played with open doors, although people from the regions  Lombardia, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna won’t be allowed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Therefore, a lot of Milan fans will miss out on the away trip.

However, two players that won’t miss out are Gigio Donnarumma and Simon Kjaer. Both have been working hard on the training ground to recover from their respective injuries, managing to do so with a few days to spare.

According to Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it), they took part in today’s training session at Milanello and will consequently be available for the important match against the Bianconeri. With an aggregate score of 1-1, it won’t be an easy task to advance.
