Sky: Bakayoko, Aurier, Rebic and Milenkovic – the latest updates on Milan’s market

AC Milan are working on a number of different fronts as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2020-21 season, it is claimed.

According to what Sky Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting (via MilanNews), the priority for the management remains the renewal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The gap between the offer and the Swede’s demands has not yet been bridged, but the Rossoneri’s confidence remains high.

In midfield, the club are in talks with Chelsea over Tiemoue Bakayoko’s return, while for the right-back position Serge Aurier of Tottenham is the profile focused on as Davide Calabria will be sold with Andrea Conti kept instead.

Ricardo Rodríguez will leave Milan after three years and join Torino, and at centre-back the management have set their sights on Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic, but La Viola for now do now want Lucas Paqueta to be included in the deal.

Finally, there is already an agreement for the future with Ante Rebic regarding salary, a player who the Rossoneri will negotiate to buy outright from Eintracht Frankfurt.
