A barbecue was held at Milanello today involving the team, staff and management to try and ease the tension in a delicate moment.
After the 0-0 against Cagliari on Sunday at San Siro and the missed opportunity to secure a top four spot, some consider Milan to be almost a sacrificial victim to Atalanta at the Gewiss Stadium, considering they lost 5-0 there last season and lost 3-0 at home to La Dea this season.
According to Sky (via MilanNews), in view of the last league match against Atalanta – decisive for Milan’s qualification hopes for the next Champions League – there was a barbecue between the team, the technical staff and the management at Milanello today. The goal is to compact the group even more and ease the tension a bit in what is essentially the most crucial moment of the season ahead of a game that will decide so much.
