The situation at AC Milan is far from positive. After Boban’s words yesterday, criticising both Gazidis and the owners (Read here), newspapers are suggesting that the Croatian director and Paolo Maldini could leave the club.
According to Sky Italia’s Peppe Di Stefano (via MilanNews.it), it’s not only Boban against Gazidis, but rather the entire technical department against the former Arsenal director. As you can tell just from that, the situation is far from ideal.
Finding a way back from this situation, with the current management, will be very tough indeed. Per the reporter, a summit is expected between the parties very soon, organized by Elliott to take stock of the situation.
So far, the owners haven’t spoken on the situation, as they were left ‘very disappointed’ by the row that emerged. However, they will soon make their voices heard, at least within the club to set things straight.
