Sky: Gazidis, Maldini, Massara, Almstadt and Moncada meet to discuss the winter market

The full AC Milan management were present at Milanello on Tuesday afternoon and had a discussion about the upcoming market, it is claimed.

Although the summer transfer window ended less than two months ago, the winter mercato is already fast approaching an Milan with each passing week look more and more like they could potentially put up a title fights.

According to what is being reported by Sky Italia (via MilanLive), the full management were present at training on Tuesday to watch the preparations ahead of Thursday’s Europa League clash with Celtic.

CEO Ivan Gazidis, sporting director Ricky Massara and technical director Paolo Maldini were all there as well as Gazidis’ right-hand man and analyst Hendrik Almstadt and scout leader Geoffrey Moncada.

It was an opportunity to take stock of the winter transfer market that will open shortly as Milan do not want to be caught unprepared, with a new centre-back seemingly the main aim at this stage.
