Manchester United are looking to back their new manager Ruben Amorim with some ambitious signings, and an AC Milan star has ended up on their list.

According to what is being reported by Sky, United are above all looking for help up front and they have Randal Kolo Muani of Paris Saint-Germain on their list, who could depart despite the fact he cost the French side €95m.

Omar Marmoush was Kolo Muani’s successor at Eintracht Frankfurt and he has 11 goals and seven assists, making him the second-top scorer in the Bundesliga behind Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane (14 goals, six assists). He would cost €50-60m.

Victor Boniface is another name they like, as is his compatriot Victor Osimhen. The former has a deal until 2028 and would cost a fair bit as a result, but the latter has a €75m release clause valid in his Napoli contract.

Meanwhile, there are three left-backs being considered too. Alphonso Davies is the Red Devils’ preferred candidate and contract negotiations with Bayern are currently stalled, meaning he could be available on a free next summer.

Theo Hernandez is on United’s list too. The Frenchman forms a ‘congenial duo on the left wing with attacker Rafael Leao at AC Milan’ as per Sky Germany, and his deal with the Rossoneri has just over 18 months left to run.

There continues to be mixed reports regarding the left-back’s future, with some sources suggesting a positive outlook over a renewal while others suggest that he is not as happy at the club as he once was.

Milos Kerkez of AFC Bournemouth is the final target mentioned, formerly of Milan’s youth sector. He has played every league game so far this season and the 21-year-old is another concrete option.
