Sky journalist reveals Ibrahimovic is showing ‘a different attitude’ to the Milan squad

Sky journalist Peppe Di Stefano has claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has changed his attitude towards the AC Milan squad, having realised that a different approach is needed given the mood around the team.

There are a number of different factors that are contributing to an overall pessimistic feeling going into the first derby of the season, such as the fact that Milan have won one of five games to begin 2024-25 and there is talk of Paulo Fonseca already losing his job.

On top of that there is the speculation that Ibrahimovic and Fonseca are not on good terms, while the public spat between the Swede and Zvonimir Boban has not helped things, nor have things such as the cooling break saga involving the two big stars.

Di Stefano spoke this afternoon from Milanello about the mood of the team in view of tomorrow night’s derby against Inter and Ibrahimovic’s approach, with his comments via MilanNews.

“From what we understood after the recent statements, Zlatan took a step back and showed up at Milanello with a different attitude, a tone and a much more understanding approach with the players,” he said.

“He had individual chats with several players such as Theo and Maignan, and probably understood that the approach to a wounded team had to be different.

“Milan needs a totem like Maldini, Berlusconi or Galliani over the years, a point of reference. In the last few days we have seen a much more involved Ibra.”

  1. The problem lies squarely with Fonseca and the delusional losers who selected him (his wages post sack should come out of their wages – I bet the wouldn’t have picked Fonseca if that was the case), Cardinal is always going on with his economics jargon, when interviewed, how does he describe this situation, Fonseca sits at home and collects full wages from Cardinal….

Get these free loaders out, grab Tare, grab Sarri or Sergio Concicao and draw a line under everything …..

Just common sense, no need for all the economic clap trap and global markets rubbish

  2. Nice to see Ibra found the time in his busy schedule of TV appearances, social media posts, climbing the Alps during the transfer window, and his endless vacations – to actually show up and be a “BOSS”. Amazing sacrifice considering he is getting PAID to do a job lol.🤡🤣😂 Embarassing

We had Maldini who was there night and day and who the players felt a deep connection with and we now have a “boss” who randomly shows up on and off to give a pep talk about sacrifice and dedication – when he has yet to show any in his new role….great job Redbird. Great job

  3. Not every good player makes a good manager and one’s personality determines his class. Ibramohic is garbage and a show boy who talks too much without anything to show for the talks and in the aspect of personality I wonder what class is Cardinale has because every BOSS with his class and mentality will surely know how to turn a club around for the better but instead he picked mediocre management who knows nothing about football. Do they truly know the class Milan belongs to? Why are they killing what others built? Must it be Milan?
It’s obvious everything is going negative since this guy bought the club. Nothing has ever been positive as he sacked The people who knows the pedigree of Milan and another example is selling CDK who’s very young and has room to improve yet he was sold but he has a cup which has eluded Milan since its creation and Finally the hiring of this current coach is a sign of mediocre management at work because Milan is way better than Roma who fired the coach yet Milan went ahead to hire in the question is why?

  4. Right now I am watching Juve Napoli where our Kalulu is a starter. Zlatan did not like him and bought Emerson Royal!!! Jesus Christ that clown must leave Milan if we have a chance of winning some matches!

    1. This is so true. When I watched Juve vs PSV I kept thinking this starter for Juve was discarded by us for something crappy. Motta must be laughing at us again. Top 4 with Salad and now a starter in the UCL with Kalulu.
