AC Milan are closing in on the renewal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, it is claimed, but still have some work to do on the Tiemoue Bakayoko front.
According to a report from Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan have made a ‘relaunch’ in order to try and reach an agreement with Ibrahimovic over a new one-year deal.
This means that the club have raised their offer in order to get closer to the demands of the Swede, and the report claims that the parties are now so close that a signature could even arrive on Wednesday.
Sky (via MilanLive) are also reporting meanwhile that there is no agreement at present with Chelsea over Tiemoue Bakayoko.
However, negotiations are underway and it is hoped that the deal can be closed as soon as possible to give Stefano Pioli midfield reinforcements before the start of the official matches in the middle of September.
