Sky: Ibrahimovic undergoes therapy at Milanello – the probable XI to face Cagliari

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is set to stick with what has worked recently for Sunday’s game against Cagliari at San Siro, a report claims.

Speaking on Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Peppe di Stefano reported the latest from Milanello and confirmed that Stefano Pioli should keep the same formation from the 180 minutes that has changed the course of the season in Turin.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been at work since this morning at Milanello with a precise physiotherapy work and is still holding on to the idea of playing in the Euros later this month. For the game against Cagliari, the defensive quartet ahead of Donnarumma, will be made up of Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori and Theo Hernandez.

The pair of midfielders will still be composed of Bennacer and Kessie while Saelemakers will return to the trident alongside Calhanoglu and Brahim Diaz behind Ante Rebic.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Kessié, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Brahim Diaz, Çalhanoglu; Rebic.
