Rade Krunic has recovered from the injury that kept him on the sidelines in the last four games. However, the Bosnian is not expected to play from start against Juventus on Sunday, a report claims.
Krunic sustained a muscle injury in the 1-0 win against Hellas Verona and has since been working hard on his recovery. Today, he was able to take part in the entire training session and is now considered fully healed.
According to Peppe Di Stefano of Sky Italia (via Radio Rossonera), the midfielder is not expected to start against Juventus on Sunday evening. He could, however, play from the first minute against PSG three days later.
Pierre Kalulu has also recovered but is no longer among the top two centre-backs in the pecking order. It remains to be seen if he will be used mainly as a right-back or a centre-forward in the upcoming months. In any case, it’s good to have him back given the tight schedule.
« if he will be used mainly as a right-back or a centre-forward »
Hmm ok, new striker solution.
Giroud in Nets, Kalulu as a striker, why not, the moneyball algorithm said so, lets roll with it looool
just a typo I am sure
“It remains to be seen if he will be used mainly as a right-back or a centre-forward in the upcoming months.” Ahem? Isak
Kalulu needs to be starting in the Juve game if he is truly fit. Calabria’s form has dropped a lot. He should not be getting the starts simply because he’s the captain and has been there a long time.
Truth be told, I don’t believe he is a good captain. Neither is Theo due to his disciplinary issues.
