Sky: Leicester and Arsenal ahead of Milan in race for €25m Juventus man

Leicester City are favourites ahead of Arsenal and AC Milan to land Juventus centre-back Daniele Rugani in January, according to a report.

The Rossoneri are firmly in the market for a new defender with Jean-Clair Todibo seemingly the primary target now having moved on from Merih Demiral.

It was reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it) that the Bianconeri were asking for €40m for the Turkey international, with Rugani being lined up as an alternative.

Sky Italia – as cited by Football Italia – are claiming that Juventus have put Rugani on the market with an asking price of around €25million.

The 25-year-old is seemingly not part of Maurizio Sarri’s plans having made just three appearances all season, with Leicester City the favourites to sign the Italy international.

It is possible that an agreement could be reached on the basis of a loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season, with Arsenal and Milan also credited with interest.
