Sky: Maldini and Massara at Milanello – how Milan’s training retreat will work

By Isak Möller -

Ahead of the resumption of collective training, Milanello is more or less ready to welcome the Rossoneri players and the staff on a full-time basis. In order to keep everybody safe, there will be a retreat at the training ground.

As reported by Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it), there are just 37 single rooms at Milanello available, meaning the Rossoneri will also have to rely on some external structure near the training ground.

Unlike a traditional retreat, therefore, everybody will stay at Milanello and not just the players. Collective training should be allowed from May 18, but it could take a few more days given the tests that have to be made.

In other news, as the outlet continues, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are present at Milanello today as individual training continues. The players have been divided into two groups that train on different occasions. Soon, the season could be back as well.
