AC Milan are set to complete the sale of Lucas Paqueta to Lyon on a permanent deal, according to the latest reports from Sky Italia.
After a difficult 2019-20 campaign, a number of different sources have claimed that the Ligue 1 side are willing to offer Paqueta an escape route, with the Brazilian no longer part of the plans at Milan.

A number of sources have reported that it is dependant on Lyon selling a couple of players, such as the Arsenal-linked Houssem Aouar or the Barcelona-bound Memphis Depay.
According to a report from Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Paqueta is now in fact closing in on a move to Lyon, and it will not be a paid loan with an option or obligation to buy as was initially thought.
In fact, Di Marzio reports that it will be a permanent move straight away, which is of course fantastic news for the Rossoneri’s liquidity with regards to the incoming market.
