Sky: Milan could sell Saelemaekers to make space amid Messias agreement

AC Milan are more or less expected to sign a right-winger this summer and after reaching an agreement with Crotone over Junior Messias, Alexis Saelemaekers might be sacrificed. The news coming out of Italy this evening.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara were able to obtain a discount on Messias, as reported by Sky Italia (via MilanNews), and that also means the Brazilian will stay. Another signing on the right is still expected, which poses a problem.

In fact, as per the report, Saelemaekers could be sold this summer if an interesting offer arrives, seeing as having three right-wingers would be unnecessary. A lot most likely depends on the other signings Milan will make.

The Rossoneri have also been heavily linked with Charles De Ketelaere, but he would be a signing for the No.10 role. Therefore, it remains to be seen if Maldini and Massara will invest anything on the right (given the budget of €100m, read more here).
