Marcus Thuram remains the No.1 choice for the attack but despite tabling a pretty good offer, AC Milan are yet to receive a response. In the meantime, RB Leipzig are ready to join the race.
Thuram’s contract with Borussia Monchengladbach will expire at the end of the month and he’s set to leave on a free transfer. Milan are very interested and have even tabled an offer worth €5m per year, according to Tuttosport.
However, as reported by Sky Germany, Thuram is yet to make a decision and this has opened up the race. Paris Saint-Germain are one of the frontrunners as well but now Leipzig are now ready to join the race with great seriousness.
Furthermore, Thuram’s entourage are asking for a sign-on fee of €10m, although the talks are going ‘in many directions’. If these demands are true then Milan will likely have to withdraw from the race, while the likes of PSG and Leipzig appear ready to stay.

In AC Milan you sell your starter like maignan,theo,leao,tonali and you will be out from top 4. Competitive have different meaning for fans and owner. For fans of course winning all trophy without care about club financial and just say it is not their business like bartolomeo etc , for redbull ( leipzig owner ) that means finish top 4 each season while selling starter player for capital gain. I dont side with RedBull or american owner, just personal opinion

Last season Thuram only score 16 goals. Furthermore, 3 goals are just against 5th tier German club at DFB Pokal. To make matter worse, he almost reach his peak.

MIght as well buy one of the everdivise strikers. People forget we have Giroud he only needs a back up Milan does not need a starting striker by any means necessary
Yeah good point with the bonuses, but it means we will have to invest anyway. Even free agents are not really free these days. Better get him than some unknown guy, he’s playing for the French national team and he’s versatile, could be a lined up at LW when Leao needs some rest or ST. I have big respect for Giroud but he’s almost 38, and as impressive as he was this season playing almost every game, we should consider he could struggle physically like Zlatan. Why not some Eredivisie striker as you said, I don’t know them but I trust Moncada, I just hope the guy we will sign will already be ready to start occasionally.
