Sky: Milan to meet agent over Rebic with €25m deal in place – Jovic also on the agenda

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan will meet with agent Fali Ramadani on Wednesday to discuss the future of winger Ante Rebic, according to a report.

Rebic joined from Eintracht Frankfurt late in the last summer window on the basis of a two-year loan without option or obligation to buy, and he had been so anonymous before the Christmas break that there were talks of his loan being cut short.

However, since the turn of the year he has exploded, netting 11 goals in Serie A alone to help catapult Milan firmly into the Europa League picture.

Now, the talk has shifted to ways that Milan can negotiate his permanent stay at San Siro prior to the conclusion of the loan spell, as it was revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) on Monday that his value has gone from €20m since the season began to €40m now.

According to what Gianluca Di Marzio has told Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Rebic’s agent – Fali Ramadani – is expected in Milan on Wednesday to speak with the Rossoneri and ensure that the player join outright.

Di Marzio adds that the loan in fact will cost Milan €5million with a verbal agreement over the deal being made permanent already established at €25m, and there will also be talks with Ramadani over Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic.
