AC Milan will face Sampdoria in the lunchtime slot tomorrow (12:30 CET) and they will be eager to add another three points to their tally. Indeed, the derby win against Inter gave them a real confidence boost.
The Rossoneri are just one point behind Inter (who have a game in hand) in the standings and they made sure of facing the Nerazzurri in the Coppa Italia semi-finals thanks to their win against Lazio. The games before then, therefore, will be important.
According to Sky Italia (via Francesco Nasato), Stefano Pioli will make a few changes to the starting XI we saw mid-week. Theo Hernandez is suspended and will thus miss out, meaning Davide Calabria or Alessandro Florenzi will start at left-back.
Fikayo Tomori will be back from start after recovering from his knee surgery, coming off the bench against Lazio. Finally, Junior Messias looks set to keep his spot at right-wing despite some reports suggesting that Alexis Saelemaekers was ahead.
Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli, Florenzi; Tonali, Kessie; Messias, Brahim Diaz, Leao; Giroud.

Just like that, Kalulu straight to the bench where he belongs. I pray he doesn’t ask to be sold when another team comes knocking on our door.
I mean, if Romagnoli is likely going to be free by the summer, why not let someone he will out stay him get more playing time?
Kalulu will need some rest. He has started the last 5 or 6 games if I’m not mistaken. The rotation is good seeing that we are getting into the critical parts of the season
