Sky: Pioli has chosen replacements for suspended trio Ibrahimovic, Castillejo and Hernandez

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will be forced into a number of changes for Wednesday’s Coppa Italia semi-final second leg.

The Rossoneri will be looking to reach the final of the Italian cup for the third time in five seasons, but they have it all to do after the Bianconeri’s controversial late equaliser in the first leg.

As Manuele Baiocchini has told Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Pioli will also be without a number of key players for the game. That is because Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Samu Castillejo and Theo Hernandez are all suspended as they picked up yellow cards in the first leg.

The journalist adds that their respective replacements have already been chosen for the game: Rafael Leao will start up front, Lucas Paquetà will be on the right and Davide Calabria will take up the unfamiliar role of left-back.

It will also be necessary to understand if Simon Kjaer will be fit, otherwise Matteo Gabbia will partner Alessio Romagnoli as normal.
