Sky: Probable Milan XI to face Sassuolo – Leao to be dropped with Krunic on the wing

AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has some tough selection decisions to make for this evening’s crucial game against Sassuolo at San Siro.

There are some injury problems for Pioli to deal with as Sky reporter Peppe Di Stefano (via MilanNews) stated that neither Ismael Bennacer nor Zlatan Ibrahimovic are doing well at the moment and are not at 100%, while the same can be said for Theo Hernandez and Hakan Calhanoglu.

According to the latest from Sky (via ACMilanFR), Gianluigi Donnarumma will be between the sticks with Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Fikayo Tomori and Theo Hernandez as the back four.

Franck Kessie and Soualiho Meite will be the double pivot with Alexis Saelemaekers on the right wing, Rade Krunic on the left wing and Hakan Calhanoglu as the playmaker behind Ante Rebic who will be the centre-forward.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Kessié, Meité; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Krunic; Rebic.

  1. What is Hauge suppose to do to earn a spot in LW? Why chose a mediocre player like krunic? Last minutes he played, hauge scored a goal and was way better in rhat role. This stupid pioli doesn’t know football.
