SM: Around 65,000 fans expected from over 100 countries for Milan-Newcastle

AC Milan are expecting a bumper crowd for their first Champions League game of the season against Newcastle United at San Siro tomorrow night.

As we have learned, 65,000 spectators are expected – despite the time of 18:45 CEST on a weekday – at San Siro for Milan’s debut in the Champions League for 2023-24.

The Rossoneri fans are once again present and will make the team feel all their passion. There will be around 7,000 Milan fans from abroad, coming from over 100 countries from all over the world including Great Britain, USA, Saudi Arabia, Australia and many others.

There will be 700 guests in Club 1899 with 10 premium experiences available to Milan fans. Also sold out is the ‘Historical Tram Experience’, in collaboration with ATM, a tour through some of the most iconic districts of Milan, including Piazza Castello, Brera, the Quadrilatero della Moda, the historic headquarters of AC Milan, Porta Garibaldi, City Life and then head towards the San Siro Stadium.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2002-03 Champions League victory, AC Milan will be happy to present a new special font which this season will accompany Stefano Pioli’s team in all the Club’s European nights.
