From long nights to meetings, AC Milan continue to work hard to plan for the next season. In fact, today, Boban and Maldini paid a visit to Madrid to meet Real’s president, Florentino Perez.
The courtesy visit, however, could turn into something interesting, looking at the situation from a market point of view. After spending around €300m already this summer, Real Madrid will be looking to offload a few players.
The first name in the wish list of Boban and Maldini is Dani Ceballos, a talent of the Spanish Under-21 team. Due to the poor relationship with Zidane, who has already declared that the midfielder isn’t in his plans, the market is wide open.
The starlet is believed to have a price tag of around €30m, and he’s not the only Real midfielder on Milan’s radar. In fact, attention could also shift to Isco and Kovacic, who also are expected to leave this summer.
