SM: Playmaker could arrive from France as Moncada evaluates options

AC Milan are expected to resume the negotiations with Daichi Kamada but it’s possible that yet another playmaker will be needed this summer. Therefore, the Rossoneri could turn to France.

Geoffrey Moncada, Milan’s chief scout and now one of the key figures on the mercato, has always believed that the best talent can be found in France. Pierre Kalulu is one of the players he suggested and many good deals can be found in the country.

As highlighted by our colleagues at SempreMilan.it, the arrival of Kamada might not be enough seeing as both Yacine Adli and Charles De Ketelaere (loan or permanently) could leave this summer. In that case, Moncada would likely turn to France.

Real Madrid also announced the return of Brahim Diaz earlier today, and thus two playmakers could indeed be needed this summer. It remains to be seen what Moncada will come up with, though it’s certain that he has many names on his list.
