SM: Romagnoli and three additional players should leave Milan this summer

By Isak Möller -

Alessio Romagnoli is one of the players that should leave AC Milan this summer, having decided not to renew his contract with the club. There are a few more that will part ways with the Rossoneri, as has become clear.

Given that Milan are expected to bring in some reinforcements this summer, some of the current outcasts will have to make space for these arrivals. Not just outcasts, though, but also club captain Alessio Romagnoli.

As stated by our colleagues at SempreMilan.it, the defender has decided not to renew his contract with the club as the offer was deemed too low. A move to Lazio is increasingly likely as the Biancocelesti have offered more and the player also is a boyhood fan of the club.

The likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko and Brahim Diaz, who both arrived on two-year loans ahead of this season, will have their Milan spell cut short and return to Chelsea and Real Madrid respectively. Finally, another exit-bound name is Samu Castillejo, who has had very little playing time this season.
