SMTV: Reaction to AC Milan vs. Napoli – “It’s a dog fight and we got dawgs!”

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan managed to beat Napoli yet again thanks to a first-half strike by Ismael Bennacer. Bdair breaks down the game and also looks ahead to the second leg.

The Rossoneri managed to beat Luciano Spalletti’s men once again but it was certainly a more close affair than the 4-0 trashing in the league. Napoli had their fair share of good chances but in the end, Ismael Bennacer was the hero with the winning strike.

Check out Bdair’s latest video below, which is of course a reaction to the big win. Enjoy the video, and as always tell us your thoughts in the comments below 👇

  1. I dont watch each and every podcast on semrpremilan but i generally enjoy all of those i watch and Isak i pretty much agree on eveything yous said here.

    1. Agree as you do, personally I believe Theo needs to counter attack up the middle to keep Leao from being marked by two, however I do agree with Pioli’s decision to bring on Rebic, him and Krunic play a more physical game , Rebic preys on stealing or slowing down the counter attack and yellow card does not hurt us. Napoli was “baiting” us to get a yellow card. Think Sealemakers should have been possibly awarded a penalty. As to Sandro, I call him “mad dog”, he is relentless , rarely does he lose a 50/50. Forever Milano

      1. theo often actually do move in towards the central area of the midfield while roaming forward, Generally speaking ive allways liked rebic but he hasnt been playing very good for almost 2 years with some exceptions but as a player he has his qualities. Absolutely, napoli played fairly dirty and if anyone desererved to get any cards it was them and we could easily have gotten a penalty kick if not 2, i always liked tonali even before he joined us and i as well enjoy his tenacity andi think if anyone is a mainstay for the next decade its him.
