SportBild: Dortmund want to sign the ‘Italian Haaland’ as Milan circle date in red

More reports have suggesting that AC Milan’s young prodigy Francesco Camarda is attracting serious interest from clubs abroad.

SportBild recall that Erling Haaland once scored 86 goals in 89 games for Borussia Dortmund, while Youssoufa Moukoko also had extraordinary goal numbers during his time in the youth sector there, but Camarda’s are off the charts.

Camarda is only 15 years of age but he is already making headlines for himself as part of Ignazio Abate’s Primavera side. He is said to have scored 485 goals in 89 games in the various youth sectors, and he netted a brace against Newcastle in the first Youth League game of the season.

Dortmund’s scouts are watching him, and the signings of Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and most recently Ousmane Diallo show they are a club that does their scouting homework and moves early.

The Bundesliga side have not started a concrete negotiation yet but they are continuing to closely monitor the development of the teenager. Manchester City are also keeping a close eye on a player dubbed the ‘Italian Haaland’ in the article.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri have a date circled in red. On March 10, 2024, Camarda will be 16 years old and could sign his first professional contract.

    1. You’re right.
I looked it up and Transfermarkt says only two Italian players have ever played for BvB in their senior squad
So yeah, hardly a pipeline for talent there.

  1. Dortmund is a great place for youths to grow. Their setup is great. Lots of good players came out of that system. Hope he comes back to us and become great with us 🙏

    1. Its not like he has signed for them or anyone else for that matter.

anyways if anyone actually do manage to lure him away from us i hope their stadium and club house gets torched to the ground.
I do not worry too much that he will leave us though as the kid is from milano so i think he will stay with us for years to come and propably sign a deal like that of bartesagis of 3 years lengths and with an option of further 2 years and then renewing it in a few years when he has become a mainstay in the squad.

        1. 😀 i didnt say i would i said in the event it did happen i would hope someone else would 😛 that i stand by 😀

    2. Imobile go there and he become trash there in dortmund. Italian are better stay in serie A for their career, only few italian player can success outside serie A

  2. Milan cannot mess this one up. This will be a good test for this new management team. Hope he lives up to the hype. We need a star to come out from our youth ranks.
