Dominik Szoboszlai is on top of Ralf Rangnick’s wish list for his new AC Milan side. The likely future manager of the Rossoneri would like to bring the Hungarian starlet with him to the San Siro and the club is thus working on a potential deal.
This morning we reported the words of Alessandro Jacobone, who said that Milan are in pole position in the race for the midfielder, but could potentially deal with the competition of Lazio if the Biancoceleste sell Milinković-Savić this summer.
This afternoon Sportmediaset (via milanlive.it) confirmed that the track is concrete. The Rossoneri have been following him for some time and Rangnick’s presence seems to be an incentive.
However, there is an economic obstacle in the negotiation. Salzburg’s demand seems to be still quite high, more than 25 million euros.
Milan would like to lower the claims and try to sign the Hungarian starlet for a figure between 18 and 20 million. For this reason, Rangnick could work alongside the club he works for under the Red Bull organization to try to secure a discount.
We must go all in on signing this great talent!
