Sportmediaset: Suso’s clause to expire at midnight amid Chelsea interest

By Matt Cahill -

By the end of the day today Suso will no longer have the €38million clause to non-Italian league teams as a part of his contract, a report claims.

According to Sportmediaset, the clause in Suso’s contract that could see him leave Milan for €38m will expire at midnight amid interest from Chelsea.

The Premier League giants are reportedly interested in the Rossineri wide man as new boss Maurizio Sarri comes in the door and looks to bring some Serie A stars with him to London.

With Suso’s prior Premier League experience with Liverpool, it is obvious to see the desire to bring the Spain international back to England.

There has also been interest shown from Inter, and with Cristiano Ronaldo moving to Juventus, we could see Real Madrid come in with a bid at the end of the window if they fail to obtain some of their more ambitious targets.
