AC Milan’s transfer market continues even after the arrivals of Brahim Diaz and Sandro Tonali. The Rossoneri are looking to sign another midfielder to complete the department and would also like to reinforce the defence at Stefano Pioli’s disposal. The sale of Paqueta is also on the agenda for the club.
As reported by Sportmediaset (via milannews.it), with regards to Paqueta, there is Lyon’s interest, despite the denials of club president Aulas. However, the parties are distant, as the French club is willing to offer 20-22 million for the Brazilian, while Milan are asking for 30 not to make a loss.
The source also claims that Nikola Milenkovic is the primary objective for the defence and in case Paqueta leaves the club, Milan would be ready to launch an offensive to try and secure the services of the Serbian international.
Finally, with regards to Tiemoue Bakayoko, there is a stalemate in negotiations and Milan are starting to think of an ultimatum. Maldini has declared that there is no rush but if Chelsea do not lower their demands, the Rossoneri will make a move for Lille’s Soumare.
