A double blow has arrived for AC Milan as Antonio Conte not only wants a striker target at Spurs but also a Rossoneri midfielder, a report claims.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte has agreed to join Tottenham but in doing so he made it clear that a lot of changes in the squad will be needed in January, and his understanding with director Fabio Paratici means that the trust is there for him to make requests in terms of recruitment.
Both Dusan Vlahovic – who has repeatedly been linked with the Rossoneri – and Franck Kessie stand out among the multitude of targets, which also includes Inter centre-back duo Stefan De Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni as well as Lazio wide man Manuel Lazzari.
Regarding Kessie, the dialogue between his entourage and Spurs appears at a ‘very advanced stage’ as the midfield appears inclined to leave Milan on a free transfer at the end of the season. He is asking for €8m net per season without bonuses and it seems Paratici wants to beat PSG to his signature, with Spurs now the club most likely to land him.

I don’t care, as long as they dont stay in Italy. Besides Tottenham is a dumpster fire that even Conte will have trouble keeping under control.
Isnt it illegal that other clubs talk about him joining them when he is under contract??
No it is not
This is a good thing in my mind. Kessie is going to leave anyway and if Conte wants him so bad maybe we can actually get a fee for him in January. I would rather that happen instead of him leaving for nothing at the end of the season.
Not sure. I would prefer him to stay for 1.35 millions (his half-year salary) rather than risking to ruin everything right in the middle of the season. Need to use him fully. Job is job.
