CM: Spurs winger emerges as a summer opportunity – Milan making profound reflections

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have taken a liking to Spurs winger Steven Bergwijn and are reflecting on a possible attempt to sign him in the summer, a report claims.

Calciomercato.com reports how Milan are programming for next season and the management are working hard to build an increasingly competitive team also for the future, with Sven Botman a target for the defence and Renato Sanches the man picked as the number one target for the midfield.

Particular attention will also be paid to the opportunities that may arrive on the market, and it seems Steven Bergwijn could very well correspond to that idea. The Dutch winger can play in virtually all of the attacking roles: right or left winger, attacking midfielder or false nine.

The 24-year-old former PSV man is not considered non-transferable by Antonio Conte and could become an interesting option for Milan, who are making ‘profound reflections’. There may be some key updates in the coming weeks and months.
