AC Milan sacked Igli Tare after only a year in his role as the sporting director. However, he holds no bad feelings against the club.
The decision to sack Tare seemed to be coming for a while before it was confirmed. Indeed, the Albanian had long-standing rumours about his position above his head and he seemed the most likely to depart in the summer.

So, when he was joined by Massimiliano Allegri, Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada, it was quite a shock.
For many, he could have been given another chance and Milan could well have offered it to him and Allegri, without the powers coming from above them. However, it was not to be.
Tare speaks at Milan Club dinner
It is important to remember that Tare arrived as a fan of the club and he was not given a chance to speak after departing. So, last night, he accepted an invite to the Milan Club Old Clan dinner and said a few words to the attendees and Calciomercato.com have relayed his words.
“I accepted this invitation with great pleasure and honour because, when I arrived last year, my first meeting was with you, and I immediately received what I’ve always loved: the love for this jersey and these colours.
“I feel a little guilty because, on the final day, we failed to lead Milan to the Champions League. But one thing remains: Milan is bigger than all of them. And even if it was for a year, it was a great honor for me to work for this club, and you will be in my heart wherever I am.”

Hiring Allegri was his idea which he pursued. We failed to qualify CL. Those are two reasons he was probably axed for.
Cannot judge signing Jashari as the lad started out with heavy injury and experience show us we cannot judge a player, especially an exciting, young and talented prospect, based on first season – Kessie, Tonali, Leao, CdK. Nkunku was pushed through by Furlani.
