AC Milan sacked Igli Tare around four weeks ago, and he has remained pretty quiet about the situation, barring a talk at a meal.
A few weeks ago, Tare spoke at a dinner with the Milan Club Old Clan and discussed the end of the season. However, it was not about the situations around the club. Instead, it was discussing his feelings about failing to see the club back into the Champions League.

Now, though, he has spoken about some of the topics surrounding the Rossoneri to SportMediaset, via MilanNews.
Tare’s comments
Firstly, he spoke about Massimiliano Allegri and his potential move to Napoli, speaking pretty highly about his character and ability in Italian football.
“He’s a top player. Napoli’s choice was a wise one, in line with the club’s ambitions and must continue to have for next season. These situations are part of our game and our profession. Last year, Allegri was already a possible candidate for Napoli, so they’ve kept our relationship alive.
“Max and I talk often, every two or three days, on the phone. We’ve made some mistakes, but Allegri is a coach who has done very well in the history of Italian football and will continue to do so.”
Then, he looked at the future of Rafael Leao, who looks likely to depart the Rossoneri after almost a decade. Additionally, he explained his wishes for the club, which he loves, moving forward.
“I hope AC Milan can find balance and a serious plan for the future. Leao? I don’t know if it’s good or bad to want new experiences, but when someone has that desire, it means the relationship has come to an end, the cycle has ended.
“His qualities are unquestionable, he just needs to find consistency in the game because he’s someone who can make decisions on his own. This year, that hasn’t happened, partly due to the physical problems he’s had.”
With the structure still not in place, it may have been an idea for him to remain in place until a replacement is found.

Consistency in his game? When consistently being played out of position? Milan’s lack of planning around the front line had virtually every forward being played in positions where we are unlikely to get the best out of them. Poor transfer management and poor coaching.
He has ALWAYS been inconsistent. Last year’s excuse was playing out of position and injuries. How about the previous seasons then? Teammates, coaches, fans and media? Everyone BUT him? Of course… 🤦♂️
What was inconsistent? You don’t seem to understand the meaning of the word. 😂😂
“What was inconsistent?”
His performances. He played one good match which was followed by 3-4 awful ones.
JesusFngChrist. 🤦♂️
bb Leao has been Milan’s best player every single season other than this past one…How many goals did he score last season? more than the rest of this useless bunch…he will leave Milan and go to a proper team with and will be surrounded by good players, not donkeys like Ricci and Jashari.
“bb Leao has been Milan’s best player every single season other than this past one”
LOL. Delirious.
I forgot bb you live in the twighlight zone with the rest…come back to reality.
Oh yeah the previous seasons when he got us the scudetto and semi finals in Champions League, Allegri and Tare and done everything to undermine him, he was always smiling, even that has stopped,
Tare is in no
Position to talk about Leao, he was sacked and cost Milan money and time and taken our project 10
Steps back, even if Leao leaves he will still leave us with a profit and good memories, Tare cost us money and got us humiliatiom, they way we capitulated in the last 6 games, him
And Allegri should go
Live in a cave, they have no shame
If he leaves, as long as we can get either of Rashford or Yan Diamonde, I will be fine with that.
I agree, but I have no confidence that Milan has the resources or the market dominance to attract anyone at that level. Especially with no CL.
Well, unfortunately it is true. The lack of CL football hits hard and sometimes I chose to forget about it completely. It hurts.
What I am really happy is that we got rid of Tare. We’ll see how long will it take to get rid of some of the deadwood he brought in and how much money will Milan lose.
What deadwood? He brought Modrić, Rabiot on Allegri’s request, Jashari was Player of the Year in Belgium, Athekame who’s statistics are same as Palestra’s yet the latter is valued at 50 millions, he extended Maignan. Nkunku was brought in by Furlani, Odogu was supposedly “new Thiaw” from Moncada’s notebook.
Tare was a solid SD. You’ll soon remember that when Kirovski takes over the field, lmao.
Omg. Another one. Yes, everything that was good was Tare, and what wasn’t was Furlani.
So technically he brought in Jashari and Athekame, that is what you’re saying? Ok. How did Ricci show up? His mom bought him for Milan?
Anyway, Milan had a guy called Fofana, that played in a double pivot and then Tare brought in Modric, Jashari and Ricci, who were supposed to play that same position. It was like you asked some child to buy players on football manager.
If that was solid for you, I have much different standards.
Modric at this age is better than anyone you mentioned, so ur standard is low.
What? Are you re*arded? At which point did you make an assumption I don’t think the same? Honest question, are you re*arded?
Bold for his comment: i hope milan can find the balance and a serious plan 😂😂
