AC Milan goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu has admitted that the heat of Dubai is presenting challenges, while he also looked ahead to the two upcoming friendlies.
Milan are documenting each day of the trip to the United Arab Emirates and after speaking to Fikayo Tomori yesterday, today it was the turn of Tatarusanu to give his thoughts during an interview with Milan TV.
On the Rossoneri’s retreat in Dubai: “It’s much hotter here than in Milan. We have to adapt quickly to these temperatures.”
On the break: “We rested, but now we’ve started again. We have to give our all in view of the season resuming.”
On the World Cup in Qatar: “It’s the first time it has been played in winter. There are still some of our team-mates who are playing, we hope they can go as far forward as possible. Every now and then we write something about the team’s group.”
On how training in the heat changes: “The way you train doesn’t change based on the temperature. You just have to adapt quickly.”
On Milan’s upcoming friendlies: “Arsenal and Liverpool are two strong teams, they’ll be good tests for us. We hope to play great games.”
