Paris Saint-Germain are in ongoing talks with Chelsea over a deal for midfielder and Milan target Tiemoue Bakayoko, a report in France has claimed.
The stalemate with Chelsea regarding the Bakayoko deal all stems from the figure of the option to buy that would be inserted into the deal.
This means that directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are now considering alternatives, with three in particular named by the media: Florentino Luis of Benfica, Boubakary Soumaré of Lille and Andre Zambo-Anguissa of Fulham.
According to Téléfoot Chaine (via GFNF), PSG are in talks with Chelsea over the possible signing of Bakayoko, as a return to Milan has become complicated due to the fact the Rossoneri are not willing to meet the demands of the Blues.
Chelsea are asking for a €5m loan with a €40m option to buy, figures that PSG are not convinced by either. They are currently in negotiations with Marina Granovskaia and her colleagues to bring these demands down.
