AC Milan are seeing numerous changes take place currently and it seems that everything isn’t rosy at the top.
There are several changes that need to happen this summer. Half of them have been made, but now, replacements must be found. Indeed, Milan are left scrambling for a manager, a technical director, a CEO and a chief scout.

Of course, they are not in rush mode yet. However, time is running out for them to make decisions without being in that situation.
So, they must ensure they are aligned on candidates and get moves in action before time really risks running out.
Cardinale, Ibrahimovic and Cardinale
Reports of tensions in the management are not new and in recent days, it has involved Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Gerry Cardinale disagreeing over their favoured managerial and technical director candidates.
Speaking on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, via MilanNews, Matteo Moretto offered some more insight into the situation.
“There’s a problem: the relationship between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Rangnick isn’t very fluid. Let’s say there’s some friction from the past, but there are issues that need to be resolved regarding the present.
“Rangnick is in discussions with the Austrian Federation over a contract renewal, but above all, he’s asking Milan for guarantees, not just sporting ones regarding investment and budget, but also regarding personnel.
“He’d like to enter the Milan world with his own team, with many dual roles. A somewhat rigid structure, a German mentality, given Milan’s current situation, and also given the Italian mentality. As of today, the Rangnick-Milan situation isn’t that advanced.
“I’m hearing that the situation is being thoroughly evaluated.”
Moretto also looked at the CEO picture, where Massimo Calvelli appears to have stepped up, despite him not wanting to originally.
“He’s replaced Furlani in terms of signings. We’ll see if they’ll be interim or not. But even here, we can anticipate that in these hours of great reflection, restructuring, and discussions at AC Milan, there have been some rather heated discussions between Ibrahimovic and Cardinale, certainly for the good of AC Milan and to reach solutions that can be useful and beneficial for the club.
“At this time, there’s also a bit of uncertainty and tension is growing. Ibrahimovic and Cardinale, those who must reorganise the organizational chart, still don’t have a clear path forward.”

Good, the more tensions, the better chance of Ibra being pulled away from his useless role at AC Milan. Cardinale needs to hire Rangnick and let him run the show so he brings organization to the club. Ibrahimovich is a clown and thinks he owns the club.
Zlatan has no role at Milan. Look up the Homepage of Milan. He’s with Redbird.
Moreto always makes up stories on Milan
Can’t trust anything he says about Milan.
This!
Who is calling the shots Gerry?
If it’s Ibra then look at how the last two years went and ask yourself if you want more of the same?
ALSO – this site has two articles posted an hour apart.
One says Ibra is “convinced” of Rangnick project and the other says there are tensions with Cardinale over direction.
I know you guys just pull from all over. But come on. Which is it?
90% what you read about Milan is BS. Stuff to fill the papers.
If all of it were true, we’d sign a hundred players every mercato.
Truth. And 90% might be low.
Yeah, this is so dumb, and most of the guys here beleive it all…
Rangnick is not going to be happy with a floating, meddling Ibra. The German organizational mentality is clear reporting lines and responsibilities. I don’t see Rangnick wanting Ibra to be close to decision-making.
The problem is that Zlatan has invested a lot in Gerry’s business and we have to accept him, unfortunately. The best would be to find an oligarch or an Arab fund to buy our Milan from these two figures and rebuilt it as Silvio did it 40 years ago. Tv
How many Arab investors do you see in Serie A? Just one. City Group has Palermo. That’s it.
You know why? Because the idiots in charge on the league have done f*ck all to make the league appealing for investors.
Put your Arab Oil Money Angels to sleep.
Clubs can only spend what they earn so there’s no incentive to invest unless there’s a long-term plan to raise the profile of a club and the league. Newcastle have the wealthiest owners in the world, yet they’ve been forced to see their best two players in the past season, Isaak and Gordon, because they can’t generate the funds needed to go to the next level.
