A few of the AC Milan players who currently are on international duty will play their final games of the break this evening. Reijnders is one of them, having made his debut for the Dutch national team last time out.
Simon Kjaer, Luka Jovic and Tijjani Reijnders all played in their respective first game, though only the Dane started, and could perhaps get some playing time tonight as well. Chukwueze, on the other hand, will have his first game of the break.
Simon Kjaer (Denmark)
➤ Finland v Denmark: Sunday 10 September, 18:00 CEST, Helsinki – 2024 Euro Qualifiers
Tijjani Reijnders (The Netherlands)
➤ Ireland v The Netherlands: Sunday 10 September, 19:45 CEST, Dublin – 2024 Euro Qualifiers
Luka Jović (Serbia)

Samuel Chukwueze (Nigeria)
➤ Nigeria v São Tomé: Sunday 10 September, 18:00 CEST, Uyo – Africa Cup of Nations Qualifier
Kjaer could play from start in the derby against Inter, currently up against Pierre Kalulu for the spot next to Malick Thiaw in the heart of the defence. Chukwueze could also make his first start of the season, as Pulisic will return late from the break.
Milan are hoping that there won’t be any more injuries after Olivier Giroud left the France camp with ankle pain. Fortunately, the striker should make it back in time for the big derby on Saturday.
