The new AC Milan focuses on young talents. Quality, technique, enthusiasm and unpredictability. These are the factors that the club expects to find in the latest investments. One of these is also Brahim Diaz, who arrived on a dry loan deal from Real Madrid this summer.
The young Spaniard has already shown glimpses of what he can do at the beginning of the season. The versatile attacker is enjoying an overall positive moment, as demonstrated by the brace he scored for Spain’s U21 team against the Faroe Islands.
One of the pillars of this Milan side Theo Hernandez spoke in a long interview for Corriere della Sera today, but he also released some words to Gazzetta dello Sport (via milanlive.it), speaking about his new teammate Diaz.
“Brahim is impressive, it’s really nice to see him play. He has only one year on his contract with Milan, but it would be nice if he stayed here for a long time,” he said.
At the moment, the deal with Real Madrid for Diaz is on the basis of a one-year dry loan, but it has been widely reported that both clubs, given their positive relations, will resume talks regarding a possible option to buy during the season.
