Theo Hernandez’s agent has admitted that AC Milan is the right place for him after what has been an amazing start to his Rossoneri career.
The full-back has been on the scoresheet twice in the past few days; his fifth goal of the season in all competitions coming on Wednesday night as he thumped home an effort from outside the box to make it 3-0 against SPAL.
The Frenchman now has six goals for the season in all competitions and seven goal involvements (goals plus assists) in Serie A – both the most of any Milan player.
Carlo Pellegatti told Calciomercato.com though that Milan should be wary as ‘assaults from the top European clubs will soon begin’ for Hernandez.
During an interview with il Corriere della Sera – as cited by MilanNews.it – Manuel García Quilón spoke well about Milan and about his client’s future.
“He will stay where he is. Milan is the right place for him, Theo needs to grow and now he is in the ideal team to do so,” he said.
Interestingly, the same paper adds that a number of Europe’s top teams are interested in the former Real Madrid man, who cost Milan €20m but is now worth €50m, a 250% increase in market value.
