TMW: Agent of midfielder set for crunch talks with Inter; Milan, Everton and Spurs linked

By Oliver Fisher -

The agent of midfielder Matias Vecino will meet with Inter on Thursday afternoon to resolve the future of his client amid links with a move to AC Milan.

It was first reported by il Corriere della Sera on Tuesday that the Nerazzurri want to offer Vecino in exchange for midfielder Franck Kessie, with the Ivorian a target for Antonio Conte.

Calciomercato.com then added that the Uruguay international is destined to be sold this month as Conte has deemed him not part of Inter’s cause, with rumours of a bust-up between player and coach.

CorSera then added that Vecino will either Spurs as part of a swap deal for Christian Eriksen or could remain in Milano altogether and join the red half of the city, despite reports of a ‘serious’ bid from Everton.

Now, the latest from TMW – as cited by MilanNews.it – claims that Vecino’s agent Alessandro Lucci recently arrived at the Inter headquarters to resolve the future of his client.

The report states he has admirers from the Premier League and also Lazio in Serie A, with the Nerazzurri happy to sell if it means they can land Christian Eriksen from Inter.
