AC Milan are not just negotiating over potential arrivals and sales but also the renewals of some important young players, a report claims.
TMW report that in the last few hours Milan have also carried out negotiations for the renewal of the contracts of Primavera stars, namely Andrea Bozzolan and Youns El Hilali.
Negotiations are at an advanced stage, with the Rossoneri management wanting to lock down two of the more highly rated talents from Ignazio Abate’s side and two players they clearly see as having a future in the first team.
Bozzolan is a 19-year-old left-back who made 36 appearances across all competitions last season and amassed six assists. El Hilali (20) played mostly as a striker during the 2022-23 campaign and netted 15 goals and added four assists in 33 games.
Both were a key part of the run to the semi-finals of the UEFA Youth League, which was the furthest the club have been in the competition.

I’m my opinion, yes. He’s our best prospect and ready for a back up role. Casali on the right side of defence is looking good too, but a couple of years behind.

I watched them play 4-5 times. Bozzolan looks good already, he should be considered for the backup role, or at least be given some minutes in the first team. El Hilal, I think he won’t become a player of the level of Milan…
Always good to hear from someone who has actually seen them play. At 19 and 20, if they are not good enough to take part in our weak squad now, id be concerned they ever will be.
Bozzolan should 100% get a chance now when Milan doesn’t have money. I don’t think he would do worse than Ballo Toure and who knows how good can he become.

I’m not sure what you watched, El Hilali is a major talent, he’s scored some fantastic goals and his link up play and movement are good. He’s significantly better than Colombo. I’m less sold on any of the defenders. Bozzolan cannot defence.
Yeah, sure. We’ll see. Btw. I remember you wrote a bunch of times that El Hilali should be in the first team so I have suspicions on how objective you really are. Kid can’t play against Hajduk kids, he was invisible. And they were 15 and 16 year old players. I’ve watched him a few more times, nothing special. Anyway, we’ll see soon, he should go out on a loan and show what he can do at 20 playing against real players, not kids.

We are having only bozolan in the Italian national team u19 playing in world cup. Comparing to juve inter roma atalanta we are so far and so weak in Primavera. We need a revolution in choosing youth talents .I wish milan to hire an expert for that
