TMW: Milan agree five-year deal with centre-back and hope to close deal at €15m

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have agreed personal terms with defender Mohamed Simakan and are now working on a deal with Strasbourg, a report claims.

Yesterday we spoke to journalist Ekrem Konur about the situation, and he confirmed to us that the player has agreed personal terms ahead of a possible move to Milan, with just a fee to be sorted between the teams.

According to a report from TMW, the Rossoneri management are determined to intervene during the January window to bolster the defensive department and the first choice is Simakan.

The price tag that the Ligue 1 club have put on the defender is around €20m while the Rossoneri are working to find an agreement around €15m with bonuses.

Milan have the basis of an agreement with the player over a five-year deal but there is not one with the club, which could arrive in the next few days.
