TMW: Milan aiming to partner Romagnoli with €60m Bundesliga star linked with Man Utd

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan could be set to undergo a revolution in a number of different areas of their squad this summer but especially the defence, a report claims.

According to TMW, players could leave who have expressed dissatisfaction with their current situation, with Mateo Musacchio leading the way due to the complaints made by his agent.

Alessio Romagnoli is always monitored by other teams but thanks to a possible new contract adjustment it seems hard to prise him away from the Rossoneri, while a separate discussion must be opened for Simon Kjaer.

In a tough season, the Denmark captain can be counted among the few positive notes; to sign him permanently would cost just €2.5m too.

Finally watch out for incoming dreams, the most bold of which is Dayot Upamecano, linked with Bayern Munich Manchester United and Manchester City yesterday. Competition is therefore fierce for the €60m-rated France U21 international, but the possible arrival of Rangnick could put the Rossoneri in ‘a position of absolute privilege’ compared to the competition.
