TMW: Milan closely following young Empoli duo ahead of the summer

AC Milan are expected to make some reinforcements in the summer after a disappointing campaign in the league. And two of their signings could arrive from Empoli, who held the Rossoneri to a 0-0 draw at the weekend.

Milan have struggled above all in the attacking phase this season and the management is well aware of this. However, another weakness that has been highlighted is the lack of a decent left-back deputy.

Fode Ballo-Toure has failed to impress and he will leave the club at the end of the season. According to Niccolo Ceccarini, in his latest editorial for TMW, Milan are interested in Empoli left-back Fabio Parisi (22 years) for next season.

In addition to Parisi, as the journalist continues, the Rossoneri are also keeping a close eye on Empoli’s playmaker Tommaso Baldanzi. The 20-year-old has scored four goals his season and several big clubs are interested, including city rivals Inter. A mercato derby could thus be on the cards.
