TMW: PSG and Real Madrid interested in predestined Buffon heir Donnarumma but he is key to Milan

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is following a pre-destined path and has become Gianluigi Buffon’s heir.

As TMW writes, since the day of his debut with Milan back on 25 October 2015 at the age of 16 years and 8 months, Donnarumma has had to live with the label of following the Juventus captain into the national team and becoming the next elite Italian goalkeeper.

Donnarumma made that his mission right from the start, and now he has 233 appearances for Milan already under his belt. The report adds how Donnarumma is wanted by top European clubs like Real Madrid and PSG, and his agent Mino Raiola has often clashed over issues related to the renewal, but the player is one of the symbolic men of Pioli’s Milan.

For the moment the only trophy he has is the Italian Super Cup from 2016, against Juve, but there is no doubting that he can and will have the opportunity to win more with his boyhood club.
