Tomori is having another great season for the Rossoneri, and MilanNews recalls how he arrived in January 2021 originally to replace Mateo Musacchio and he quickly became an essential component of Stefano Pioli’s side.
He was born in Calgary, Canada to Nigerian parents, but Tomori holds an English passport having grown up in England. He turned 24 years old last December and he is obviously an essential part of Milan’s plans for the future.
He is a fast player who physically and mentally strong, good in the air and in build-up play. With 2,468 minutes already amassed, he is the third most used player this season in terms of minutes with only Theo Hernandez (2,653 minutes) and Mike Maignan (2,640 minutes) ahead of him.
The Englishman has two clear targets in mind: to win the Scudetto with Milan and to establish himself in the English national team. He wants a call-up in view of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
