Fikayo Tomori has insisted that the more experienced AC Milan players really want to win the Scudetto again, hoping to build on a solid foundation.
A lot has changed since Milan lifted the trophy almost four years ago. Apart from five players, the squad has been completely overhauled and there have also been corporate changes, with RedBird taking over from Elliott Management.

While the goal has been to reach that kind of success again, the Rossoneri haven’t really come close. They finished fourth the season after, second in the 2023-24 campaign (but way behind Inter) and eighth (!) in the 2024-25 campaign.
Winning again is the goal
It remains to be seen what it will be this season, but in his interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, Tomori at least insisted that those who have remained since 2022 haven’t lost their spark. On the contrary, they are eager to experience it again.
