According to what was is being reported by MilanNews, there is some very positive news for Milan from this morning’s training at Milanello regarding Sandro Tonali, who is now fully back from a physical problem he reported after reporting to the training camp with the Italian national team.

The midfielder carried out the entire session with the rest of the squad and has therefore recovered for the trip to face Empoli on Saturday night, so Pioli can call upon his first choice double pivot of Tonali and Ismael Bennacer if he wishes to.

Regarding Ante Rebic and Divock Origi, the forward duo on the other hand continued their respective individual work which means that they are not yet ready to train with the team. Tomorrow and Friday will be key to understand if they make the squad for Empoli.
